Beginners Boxing Class
It is highly encouraged for those of you who are completely NEW to boxing or kickboxing to start with this class. You will need the basic fundamentals to be confident in keeping up with our classes.
In this program, you will learn the basic fundamentals of the type of classes you are interested in. You have your choice of Boxing. Kickboxing or Muay Thai … or all of the above!
